Motivation, safety, effective class design and detailed instruction make a group exercise class worth taking. My certifications and experience have made me very effective in a group setting. Also, my personal training background gives me a unique perspective, so form and mechanics are front and center. From warm up to flexibility training, kickboxing to Boot Camp, we will work every muscle in the body and have fun doing it!
A Group Fitness class that uses weighted drum sticks through a series of exercises that work the core like no other. Through simulated drumming in Pilates based movement, we will rock out to original music from AC/DC to Bruno Mars.
The ISSA Elite Trainer credential is awarded to accomplished ISSA Certified Trainers who have proven their competence in personal training and developed expertise in two additional areas of specialization. With scientific backing and practical application in the areas clients need help with the most, this credential proves that extensive education equals results.
